Holiday Parties at Hatfield Farm

Have you ever considered hosting a holiday party with us at Hatfield Farm?

Your 3 hour event would include our Horse Drawn wagon or sleigh rides, our All-you-can-eat Hip‘o Beef dinner (or) Single Serving Baked Atlantic Salmon, Quarter Chicken Dinner or Vegetarian Lasagna for dinner with unlimited soft drinks, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, time in our Rubber Rodeo, horse drawn wagon or sleigh rides, campfires (weather permitting), with dancing after dinner. The DJ is provided for Friday and Saturday evening events from November 15 to December 30. Overnight accommodations are also available for groups of 8 or more at an additional cost.  We do not sell or serve alcohol but guests are welcome to bring their own, however, no glass containers are permitted on the property. – $46 per person plus HST and 15% gratuity for a total of $59.80 per person.  (groups of 15+)
Add an extra hour – $6.00 + HST per hour per person.
Stay Overnight – Includes Meal Package (groups of 8+)

$89.00 plus HST and 15% Gratuity per person for bunkhouse for a total of $115.70 per person
$74.00 for tent site  plus HST and 15% Gratuity for a total of $96.20 per person

In order to reserve your date we would need a firm number of guests, as once the contract is made you may only increase your number by 10 people.  When you are confident of your numbers please let us know and we will create a custom contract for your event.  The 50% deposit is due within 5 days from making the reservation.
We go rain or shine and we follow Environment Canada forecasts.  If they are calling for severe weather, we will contact you the day prior to discuss.  All cancellations are at the sole discretion of Hatfield Farm.  Should we have to cancel due to weather, we will notify you at 8:00 am the day of your event.  Your deposit is held with us and you have 1 year to re-book your event.  All packages require a 50% deposit within 5 days of booking which is non-refundable.  Balance is due the day of your event.  The number of people you guarantee is the minimum number you will be charged for.  Each person in attendance will also need to have signed our waiver form which can be found on our website.  Copies are also available in our office on the day of the event.
All DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
